Enquiries

Placing an enquiry through our website does not constitute a purchase. It is a request for us to confirm availability, pricing and delivery arrangements with you.

Pricing

All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are confirmed after your enquiry and are capped at £15.

Availability

Fish availability changes regularly. We aim to keep our website up to date, but please confirm availability through your enquiry.

Delivery

Delivery is arranged after your enquiry is confirmed. We use trusted couriers who specialise in live animal transport. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Live Animals

Living animals require special care during transport. Please be available to receive your delivery. If you have any concerns about the condition of your fish on arrival, please contact us within two hours with clear photographs.
